NBA GM Survey says...

I think Cleveland is ranked way too low on this list and San Antonio way too high. The Spurs have such a tougher challenge to face getting out of the West, their whole cast will need to fight off age and complacency as well. They annihilated Miami, but they weren't way better than the rest of the WC teams.
Cleveland should be much stronger than the Heat were last year and have an easier path to the finals.
Nice to see the Bulls getting some Love at 11.5%. That places them as a top five team by the NBA GM standard, and it's hard to argue against that. The overall results show the league believes this season is more wide open. I'd agree with that. Personally, I think the West is a toss up while Cleveland should own the East barring injuries.
